By accessing and using ImpactOS™ ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ImpactOS is a strategic intelligence platform that provides AI-powered operational analytics, business health monitoring, organizational architecture design, and performance execution tracking for nonprofits, educational institutions, HR departments, and startups.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Intellectual Property Rights

ImpactOS™ is Patent Pending (Application No. 63/938,491) and is proprietary and confidential to Impact Solutions Group LLC. All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Impact Solutions Group LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Collect or store personal data about other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Violates these Terms of Service

6. Data Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously and employ industry-standard 256-bit AES encryption to protect your data. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription tier. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact Solutions Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
